Born in New Jersey, raised in the Dominican Republic then back to Queens NYC. In D.R she went to Espacio de Danza Academy. She studied jazz, ballet, and modern latin dance. Everything she learned from the academy helped her to get the role in her first film "Center Stage". Zoe started performing with the Faces theater troupe that spoke on issues such as substance abuse, and sex. She has made appearances on "Law & Order" and "Six Degrees". She is also a supporter of the Microfinance organization.
